Our Classes

Our Foundation classes will provide you with the opportunity to learn the basic techniques and movements so that you feel comfortable when you attend your first Lōzen F.I.T class. Your comfort and safety are our number one priority, so we will make sure that you are ready for classes.

This series of four classes will help you understand what we do, and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to what we are all about.

Foundations

Lōzen F.I.T. classes are constantly varied, functional movement executed at a high intensity. More simply, we focus on the four core movement patterns: push, pull, squat, and hinge. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and aerobic conditioning to ensure individual progress at all fitness levels.

F.i.t. CLASS

LIFT CLASS

Legends classes are designed for people ages 45+ who are new or returning to the gym or may be looking for something with lower impact. Allows for more time to warm up/cool down, and a little bit more guidance while working on strength, mobility, and cardio.
